A Thank You Letter from

'Her Majesty The Queen'

While I was in the United Kingdom for my Master’s, I had sent a tiny little portrait of ‘Queen Elizabeth’, to Her Majesty The Queen herself from the ‘United Kingdom Series: 15/15’ to Buckingham Palace. I received a thank you letter from the Queen. I read the letter and I felt the proudest. It’s a really big deal for me as an Indian, to have been able to send my work to such an honored person. Surely this is the greatest achievement that has been added to my life.

I would like to thank Her Majesty The Queen, for accepting my work such graciously and sending me this letter of thankfulness and acceptance. I am glad and honored.

I feel blessed when I imagine my work hanging on the wall inside Buckingham Palace- The Home of the Queen of England.
